Client Briefing: I start by gathering detailed information from the client. Understand their business, target audience, goals, and the specific problem they want to solve through design.
Research the Industry & Competitors: I analyze the client’s industry, competitors, and current market trends. This helps identify opportunities and informs the design direction.
Define the Project Scope: I establish the key deliverables, deadlines, and expectations. Set clear goals for what the design should achieve (e.g., increase brand awareness, improve user experience, etc.).

Mood Boards & Inspiration: I collect visual inspiration, color schemes, typography ideas, and design styles that resonate with the brand and project objectives. This can include sketches, screenshots, and existing designs that align with the project’s vision.
Initial Concepts: I brainstorm different ideas and concepts. Sketch out initial design ideas to explore various directions. This is where creativity flows without any limits.
Collaboration: Depending on the project, collaborate with other team members, like copywriters, UX/UI designers, or marketing strategists, to ensure the design aligns with the overall strategy.

Refine the Best Ideas: I then narrow down the initial concepts to a few that best meet the client's goals. Create more detailed and refined designs, focusing on layout, typography, color schemes, and overall visual hierarchy.
Prototype (if necessary): For more complex projects like websites or product packaging, create mockups or prototypes to demonstrate how the design will look and function in a real-world setting.

Present the Designs: I showcase the refined design concepts to the client, explaining the rationale behind each choice (e.g., why certain colors, fonts, or layouts were chosen).
Gather Feedback: I encourage the client to provide detailed feedback. Pay attention to their thoughts on how well the designs align with their brand and vision.
Revisions: I make necessary adjustments based on the client’s feedback. This could involve tweaking colors, modifying layout elements, or refining typography to meet the client's preferences.
Create the Final Design: Once the revisions are complete, execute the final version of the design. Ensure that all elements are pixel-perfect, properly aligned, and consistent.
Prepare the Deliverables: Depending on the project, prepare various formats for print (CMYK, 300 dpi), web (RGB, optimized for speed), or other media (e.g., social media assets, marketing materials).
Quality Check: I then double-check every aspect of the design for errors (e.g., spelling, alignment, resolution). Ensure all design files are ready for distribution or production.
Hand-off the Files: I deliver the finalized design files to the client in the required formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF, or original source files like AI, PSD). Include any guidelines for usage, if necessary, such as brand guidelines for logo usage.
Support for Implementation: If applicable, I assist the client in implementing the design. For example, if it’s a website design, collaborate with developers to ensure proper functionality. For print projects, ensure that files meet printer specifications.
Evaluate Project Success: After the design has been implemented, I review how it’s performing. For example, if it’s a branding project, how is the audience reacting? If it’s a website or ad campaign, are the metrics improving (e.g., increased conversions or engagement)?
Client Feedback: I collect feedback from the client about their satisfaction with the final product and the design process.
Learn & Improve: I reflect on the project to identify what worked well and what could be improved for future projects. This helps refine your design process for future work.
Outcome: After a successful project and take insights for continuous improvement.
